All content on this site, including the “Social Innovation Model,” text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Shine Space Foundation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

3. Donation Policy

• Purpose: All donations are used to support our integrated rural development programs (Education, Health, and Women’s Empowerment).

• 80G Compliance: We provide tax-exempt receipts as per the prevailing laws for Section 8 companies in India.

• Refunds: Donations are generally non-refundable. If an error occurs during the transaction, please contact us within 7 days.

4. Volunteer & Partner Conduct

Individuals signing up to volunteer or partner with us are expected to maintain professional standards during field visits to rural Tamil Nadu and respect the dignity of our beneficiaries.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shine Space Foundation shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
